In a 'client friendly' role, which we designate "Financial Counsel", Capital House provides, on a fee-for-service basis under contract, a range of general and/or specific financial management services to entrepreneurs. The contracts may be for a specific project/objective, or for sustaining management or advisory services. The financing activities of CAPITAL HOUSE may be described as "commercial small business-backed securitization". The principal targets for CAPITAL HOUSE are private, emerging-growth enterprises that have expressed the desire to acquire a "public" or trading/liquidity status within high-margin, growth industries. CAPITAL HOUSE is a wholly owned subsidiary of VisionQuest Enterprise Group Inc. ("VisionQuest"). VisionQuest trades on the Canadian Venture Exchange ("CDNX") under the symbol VQE. CAPITAL HOUSE is utilized by VisionQuest to source and service opportunities for customized "enterprise partnering programs". Dynamic Capital House programs (see "INVESTMENT CYCLE") emphasize capitalization of start-up and emerging enterprises that demonstrate significant potential for the creation of enterprise value and shareholder wealth. VisionQuest is the principal source of funding for CAPITAL HOUSE, which in turn, may provide equity, interest bearing loan and/or royalty/income debenture financing to investee enterprises. CAPITAL HOUSE services are very much focused on the creation of shareholder value, through prudent selection, acquisition and fee-for-service management, of investments in emerging small business enterprises. Managing Director and President of Capital House is Gary W. Ciccozzi. Gary Ciccozzi is also the President of parent company, VisionQuest. Capital House seeks clients ranging from 'start ups' or emerging enterprises in search of development capital or management expertise, to more seasoned corporations requiring strategic or tactical input concerning structural or performance objectives. The business affairs of each client are, at all times, strictly confidential and mutually exclusive.
