VisionWorks is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Issuer.

VisionWorks functions as an umbrella marketing resource/service corporation. In this role VisionWorks provides and/or coordinates (outsource) the provision of developmental funding, specialized advisory services, product development/manufacturing, marketing/promotion, sales and distribution assistance, to/for a spectrum of pre- commercial and/or emerging products/ventures, for individuals and/or companies constituting the Issuer’s investee group of enterprises. This satellite organization is intended to efficiently provide the resources to facilitate access to venture capital and effectively open doors to otherwise unavailable domestic and export markets for limited budget start-up ventures and pre-commercial product innovators.

Initially, VisionWorks will target pre-commercial product/venture marketing opportunities that have the potential for high profits and rapid sales growth. A number of product/venture opportunities have been reviewed/evaluated, and only a special few have met the high commercialization standards set by the Issuer. To fulfill its mission, VisionWorks will utilize a network of outsourced analysts, accomplished consultants, and high-powered semi- retired business executives (advisory board) to supplement the contributions of in-house staff with specialized expertise and experience over a broad range of product and industry endeavors.
